Updated with each file the department publishes

Who registered a company
in your area this month

A company registered last month has no incumbent supplier yet. Search juristic persons registered January 2022 to July 2026 (except March 2026, which the department did not publish) across Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan, filter by industry, district and registered capital, then export a CSV carrying the registered address for 99.99% of the database and a Google Maps link on every row.

No director names, no phone numbers, no personal email anywhere in the file — because the department's open data holds none, not because we stripped them out. Nothing you download is somebody's personal data.

The address is the registered one. For some companies that is an accountant's office or the owner's home rather than a shopfront.

The problem

How do you find companies to approach today?

If the answer is one of these three, you are doing work a system can do

The file comes out monthly. Nobody tells you.

The Department of Business Development publishes newly registered juristic persons every month, free for anyone to download. You still have to know a new file exists, fetch it yourself, and work out which rows fall in the area you sell to.

Opening DBD DataWarehouse one company at a time

The data is correct, but you look up one company per search, cannot filter on the things a salesperson cares about, and cannot export.

Copying into Excel by hand

Typos, dropped rows, duplicates of last month's list, and no way to tell which companies have since closed.

And it is the same work every month — one company at a time, one row at a time, then working out yourself which are new and which you already had last month

How it works

Three steps, from setting filters to a file you can use

The company search page with industry, province and registered capital filters set

Features

What you get

New file arrives, the system emails you (Pro)

Save the filters that match your customers once. When the department publishes a new month and companies match, the system sends you the summary itself. A round with no matches sends no email, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

No personal data in the file at all

Everything in it is juristic-person data from the public register. No director names, no phone numbers, no personal email — because the department's dataset holds none, not because we removed them.

Filter on several conditions at once

Industry, province, district, registered capital, company age and status. One click shows the whole set on one page instead of opening companies one by one.

CSV that opens with the Thai intact

Straight into Excel or Google Sheets, with the full registered address down to sub-district and postcode, and a Google Maps search link on every row. Click it from the file to see whatever phone number, website and opening hours the company published on Google itself.

A profile page per company

Read one company's register entry without opening DataWarehouse in another tab.

Owners can have their company removed

An owner enters their registration number and the company disappears from search results and exports immediately.

Who it is for

If this is your work, the list earns its keep in the first week

Accounting firms and registration agents

New clients only ever arrive by referral

A newly registered company needs a bookkeeper from month one and has a first-year filing deadline to meet. Filter to the districts you serve and post an introduction to the registered address.

Insurance agents and brokers

You need insureds with no incumbent policy

A new business has no property, liability or group cover yet. Filter by industry and registered capital to size the ones worth approaching.

B2B sales teams working an area

You sell POS, office equipment, materials, fit-out or logistics

Filter by district, export the whole set at once instead of opening companies one by one, then use the Google Maps link to see which ones have a real shopfront before planning a route.

Site selection and market research

You have to say which area is growing before signing a lease

See how many similar businesses register each month, where they cluster, and at what capital — the one job here that works on the registered address alone, with no contact channel needed.

Not for you yet, if

  • You want phone numbers and email addresses to start calling today — the department's open dataset carries no contact channel at all. Every row has a Google Maps search link and nothing more.
  • You need companies registered before January 2022, or provinces beyond Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan — the department publishes monthly files back to that point only, and no full register file.
  • You need financial statements or director lists — neither is in the dataset we use. DBD DataWarehouse or DataforThai answer those.

Against the alternatives

How this differs from buying a list or hiring someone to build one

Two things a list seller cannot say: the data moves in rounds, and there is no personal data in the file at all

Nong Niti pointing at the limits of the data

We state the limits of the data before you pay

The database currently holds January 2022 to July 2026 (except March 2026, which the department did not publish)
The Department of Business Development publishes monthly files back to January 2022 only, with no full register file. The range above is computed from the files actually in the database, not the range we intend to hold.
Four provinces
Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan.
A full address for 99.99% of the database
Name, registered address down to sub-district and postcode, registered capital, industry and registration date. It is the address given at registration, so for some companies it is an accountant's office, a virtual office or the owner's home rather than a shopfront.
No phone numbers, no email
The department's open dataset carries no contact channel, and we do not scrape anyone's website. Every row has a Google Maps search link to follow up with instead.
No financial statements, no director lists
Neither is in the open dataset we use. DBD DataWarehouse or DataforThai hold those. It also means the list you search and export carries no director names, no phone numbers and no personal email.
