Terms of service

Signing up means you accept these terms. In effect from 20 August 2026.

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Thai version is the version that has legal effect; where the two differ, the Thai text governs. Read the Thai version

1. Who provides the service

(to be provided), (to be provided), e-commerce registration number (to be provided). Contact support@nitibulk.com.

NitiBulk is a private service. It is not part of, and not endorsed by, the Department of Business Development or any government body.

2. What the data covers

Company registration data comes from the Department of Business Development's open dataset (opendata.dbd.go.th) and covers only entities registered from January 2022 onward in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan. The full picture is on the data source page.

Your right to use the data sits under the terms of Thailand's open government data portal (the DGA Open Government License). Every file exported from the system carries an attribution line. Do not strip that line when you pass a file on.

3. Accuracy

We pass on the data as we receive it. We do not verify it and we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current — nor does the agency that publishes it. Check against a certificate from the Department of Business Development before relying on it for anything legally or financially binding.

4. Accounts and billing

  • One account per person. Do not share an account.
  • Plans are monthly and renew automatically through Stripe until you cancel.
  • Cancel any time. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and that period is not refunded pro rata.
  • Export quota is counted per billing period and does not carry over.

5. What you may not do

  • Do not use this data to send advertising by email, message or phone without giving the recipient a way to refuse further contact — an offence under section 11 of the Computer Crime Act. Responsibility for your outreach is entirely yours.
  • Do not resell the service or run an equivalent one with our account as your data source.
  • Do not scrape the site with automated tools outside the export route we provide.
  • Do not use the data for anything unlawful or contrary to public order and good morals.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms immediately, without refunding the period already used.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost business opportunity, or damage arising from decisions you make using the data. Our total liability is capped at what you actually paid for the last three billing periods.

7. Changes to these terms

If anything material changes, we email the address on your account at least 14 days beforehand. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction.
